A wide variety of exhibition and sponsorship opportunities have been created to allow each company the opportunity to showcase their organization as best suits their budget. Please contact Darla Miller, the Conference Organizer, to discuss tailor made packages.

EXHIBITION SPACE                                                                                     $2,500

Exhibition space will be available in the same area where delegates will meet for tea/coffee and lunch breaks.

Included in the price is a 10ft x 7ft space (3m x 2m), a table with 2 chairs, and one full registration fee for the main conference (accommodation is extra).

Additional space is available for purchase. Colleagues assisting on the stand must register separately and pay $100 per day to include tea/coffee and lunches.

Access to power can be provided at an additional cost as well as other services such as on stand catering. More details on these services are available from the Conference Organizer.

Your company logo will be included in the Final Program and your website link will be carried on the conference website on the sponsors’ page.


POSTER BOARDS                                                                           $1,000

 Your logo will appear on each poster board beside the poster number and the IMGC logo.



 Support of all or parts of the evening social program is sought. Options include:

Welcome Reception on Sunday         $3,000

CONFERENCE BAGS                                                                                   $1,800

 The meeting has a tradition of supplying quality conference bags to delegates. You can either supply the bags (with the organizer’s approval) or we can source them for you and your organization will pay for them. Your logo (one color) will be carried alongside the meeting logo.



 Your own pens, notepads or one piece of lightweight literature can be inserted into each delegate bag at the following costs per item:

BADGE LANYARDS                                                                                        $950

 Your company logo will be printed on the badge lanyards (ribbons) which will be given to each delegate as they arrive at the registration desk.



 Advertising opportunities will be available in the Final Program and Book of Abstracts which will be given to every delegate who attends the conference. This advert must arrive with the

E-MAIL THE DELEGATES                                                                              $650

 You will be given the opportunity to send one piece of promotional material directly to the delegates who are attending the conference via e-mail.


The advert (in an e-mail friendly format) should be sent to Darla Miller who will arrange for the information to be sent to all the delegates who have signed up for the event.


TRAVEL SCHOLARSHIPS                                                                 from $650

 Contributions towards student travel are also welcomed. The minimum amount sought is $650, which will assist with the travel of one student.


ADVERTISING ON THE WEBSITE                                                                  $500

 Limited advertising space will be available on the meeting website.


DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE                                                                                $500

 Your logo will appear alongside the platinum sponsor’s logo on the directional signage which will assist delegates to find their way around the meeting center, meeting rooms and exhibition areas.


There will be a limited number of opportunities for organizations to sponsor tea/coffee breaks each day of the conference. This will be a key advertising opportunity for organizations whose products/services are associated with topics being covered in the technical program.

Contributions will be welcomed from companies who would like to sponsor the conference but not be associated with any one particular aspect.



Every company who sponsors the 32nd International Mammalian Genome Conference will have their logo printed in the Final Program and Book of Abstracts and appear in the list of sponsors.

To guarantee your company appears in this publication, Darla Miller must receive your logo and company information by September 1, 2018.

As the sponsorship opportunities are normally taken up far in advance of the conference, we recommend that you contact Darla Miller as soon as possible.
