MASTER CODE: Starting from the fundamental basic level of Bio-Atoms atomic weights, we discovered a numeric code common to the 3 Genetics worlds: DNA, RNA and amino acids. Coding Genomics (DNA double strands) and “Virtual Proteomics”(corresponding amino acids translations of DNA), we obtain specific couples of curves called Master Code signatures; in all cases both curves are highly correllated, meanwhile, there are hierarchies between these Genomics/Proteomics coupling ratios: comparing Master Codes in Archaeas, Bacterias, Viruses, and Eucharyotes reveals Function (actives sites, SNPs locations etc…), genomes integrity, Differenciation and Evolution new datas. Specifically, and ONLY in the case of Human Genome, we prove a perfect Unification independantly codons reading frames and strands reading directions. We proove a super Unified information level including both Genomics and Proteomics worlds. We thus analyzed the complete human chromosomes 1 and 20: there appears a “perfect” MASTER CODE structuring both chromosomes with an average Genomics/Proteomics coupling ratio grether than 97%. What about MOUSE Genome? Analysing large sets of the Mouse genome from all the chromosomes, we demonstrate that the super-organization level specific to the HUMAN Genome is partially shared with MOUSE Genome. Meanwhile, the Human genome MASTER CODE appears to be more perfect than the Mouse one.
