Detailed Schedule
We recommend that all presentations are in a 16:9 aspect ration (widescreen). PowerPoint and Keynote are preferred file formats. If there are videos in the presentation pleas make sure that they will play on other computers than the one they are put together on. Please note that non-standard fonts will not appear correctly unless they are installed on the computer that is playing the presentation. Please name your presentation with the name of the conference, conference room, day, session, time in the program and your name. For example: Mammalian_Kaldalon_Wednesday_Session1_8:40_YourName
Upload your presentation to https://www.dropbox.com/request/IsnInTwh8mOXt1StXRHP before 1 PM the day BEFORE your presentation. (Trainee Symposium speakers should upload their presentations by 11 AM on presentation day.)
The Poster boards will accommodate PORTRAIT A0 (85cm wide x 120cm tall) posters.
Posters can be displayed starting the afternoon of Tuesday 7 April and should be removed by 5 PM on Thursday 9 April.
